Sleeper in Size 12-18M/ 18-24M Recall Alert
Since our founding, LOULOU LOLLIPOP's operations have been guided by a steadfast commitment to producing quality and safe products. Our highest priority has always been and will always be your baby's safety and comfort. As such, our products are rigorously tested to ensure we provide our consumers with safe products to make their jobs as parents easier.
Despite the diligence and care, we have received a notice from CPSC that some sleepers in sizes 12-18M and 18-24M do not meet the children's sleepwear flammability testing requirements within the United States due to the measurements in the chest, waist, and hip area being out of bounds. This issue affects the following batches: SS22-GR-APP-001 and AW2021-APP001. The batch no. is located inside the back neck label. These products were purchased between November 2021 and April 2022 in the U.S.
Working closely with the CPSC, we have issued a product recall alert on the sleepers. In the interest of safety, we are encouraging consumers who purchased this affected product to immediately stop using the sleeper.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our consumers and appreciate their understanding in this matter.
Determine if your sleeper is included in the recall:Locate the batch no inside the neck label. The batch no below are included in the recall.
Why are the pajamas being recalled?
Under federal standard for the flammability of children’s sleepwear, all children's sleepwear garments sold in sizes larger than nine months must be either flame resistant or tight-fitting. These pajama sets fail to meet the tight-fitting sizing requirements, posing a risk of burn injury.
Can I choose to keep the pajamas?
Unfortunately, you cannot keep the pajamas. Given the burn hazard, we are requesting that you immediately stop the use of the garment and destroy it.
Will I get a refund?
Of course! We can either provide you a refund or a store gift card in the amount of the purchase price of the garment.
How do I destroy the garment?
You can destroy the garment by cutting it in half. Once the garment is destroyed, you can send either send a photo or video to email@example.com to receive your full refund or store credit.
Do you have a phone number I can call to speak to someone directly?
Yes! Please give us a call at 1-833-456-8568 to speak to someone on our customer service team. Please note our toll-free line is only available on Tuesday and Friday between 9:30 AM to 3 PM PT.
Have any incidents been reported?
