Teething Mitt - Bunny

The Bunny Teething Mitten slips onto a baby's hand so the teether is always where their mouth already goes. Soft cotton mitt with a food-grade silicone teether sewn onto the back of the hand — for the months when a baby has not figured out how to hold a teether but has figured out how to chew on their own fist.
WHAT IT DOES
Most teethers solve a problem the baby can solve themselves: pick it up, put it in mouth. The teething mitt solves the months before that's true. From around 8-12 weeks, babies suck on their hands constantly. They do it for self-soothing, for hunger signaling, and once teething starts, for gum pressure. The mitt puts a clean, textured silicone surface where their mouth was already going — so they get relief without parents having to put anything in their mouth.
The cotton glove keeps the silicone close to the hand without strapping anything to the wrist tight enough to cut off circulation. Adjustable velcro closure means you can size it to your specific baby. The teether portion is on the back of the hand, where babies most often chew.
MATERIAL AND SAFETY
Glove: 100% breathable cotton. Teether portion: one piece of food-grade silicone (FDA standards). Free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, lead, and cadmium. Exceeds CPSC and CPSIA requirements. Velcro is medical-grade and won't catch on baby skin. Independently tested before every production run.
HOW TO USE IT
Open the velcro, slide baby's hand in, close the velcro snug but not tight. The thumb is exposed (mitt covers fingers + palm back, leaving thumb free) so baby can still grip a bottle or a pacifier clip without the mitt getting in the way. Most babies use it for naps and stretches when they're chewing actively. Take it off for feedings and sleep.
WHO IT'S FOR
Babies 2-6 months — the pre-grip teething window. Around 6 months when babies can reliably hold a teether on their own, you'll transition to our single teethers or ring sets. The mitt is most useful in the 3-5 month range when gums start aching but motor skills aren't there yet.
CARE
Glove is machine washable, gentle cycle. Air dry the silicone portion (don't put the mitt in the dryer — the silicone can warp). Wash before first use. Spot-clean the silicone portion with warm soapy water between full washes.
THE PRINT
Bunny is part of the Wild Teether print family. Pair with the matching Wild Teether single, teething charms, or development bundle for a fully coordinated print across the teething stage.
GIFTING
At $12.95, the teething mitt is the unsung hero of baby shower gifts — it solves a problem most first-time parents don't know they're going to have, which is part of why it's so well-received. Pair with a matching teether for a $30-40 gift.
DESIGNED IN CANADA
Loulou Lollipop has been designing teething products in Vancouver since 2014. The Teething Mitt was developed after a parent on the team kept finding her four-month-old chewing through cotton swaddles trying to get to her hands. The mitt puts the silicone teether where the baby's mouth was already going — minimal training required.
A NOTE ON SLEEP
The teething mitt is not appropriate for sleep. Always remove the mitt during naps and overnight sleep, regardless of whether baby is fussing about teething. This is the same guidance as for pacifier clips and any other accessory attached to a baby's hand or body.
