Our order processing time is between 1 to 3 business days for in stock items. Order processing time is not shipping time. If the order consists of both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped after all the items are in stock and ready to be shipped. If you would like your order to be shipped sooner, please place separate orders. All orders with a US address are shipped by USPS. Once the packages are with USPS, we have no control over how long it will take them to arrive at your destination. Please refer to the USPS website for standard shipping times. Please contact USPS if the tracking is shown as delivered and you have not received your package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
