The Loulou Lollipop Waffle Knotted Headband in Sugar Plum is a soft TENCEL™ Lyocell stretch headband with a knotted front tie — the kind that sits on the forehead without leaving a red ring, and that you can adjust as your baby grows from newborn through about 12 months.
